Add On Catering Delivery to your tailgate order when reserving your tailgate package. Go to the Add On section of the reserve page to do so. Plastic plates, cups, napkins and cutlery are included in this Add On.

Next after booking with Tailgate Group, immediately reach out to Taylor Grocery Catering or Ole Miss Cateing and book your catering order. Reserve your catering order in the SAME NAME as your tailgate order. If you are not quite sure the quantities of everything you’d like yet, that’s okay, you can pay a deposit with the caterer and figure out the exact order closer to Gameday. Be sure to remind them that your tent will be set up by Tailgate Group. We will also reach out and remind the caterer.

Chafers and chafing dishes must be reserved through the catering company.

After reserving your catering delivery though Tailgate Group and catering order through the caterer, you can sit back and relax. You are all set! Tailgate Group and the catering company will be in communication and will coordinate all the logistics.

Seven to ten days prior to the game, Tailgate Group will send you an email going over everything to expect on gameday. Details will include tailgate order quantity, tailgate location, gameday contacts, and a catering delivery time range. Delivery times will be set based on kickom time, for example:

11am: Catering Order Delivered to Tent between roughly 7:30am and 8:30am or roughly Noon and 1:00pm

230pm Game: Catering Order Delivered to Tent between roughly 10:30am and 11:30am

6pm Game: Catering Order Delivered to Tent between roughly 11:30am and 12:30pm.
